Called about setting up an appointment for a rock chip on my window. Was told an appointment was not required just show up. So i head over and just like they said, they made time for my repair and were professional and courteous. The repair took about 15-20 mins and the result i was more than happy with. Heck i even forgot my insurance papers after i drove off and they called me to come get it.

Had a break in on my vehicle Tuesday morning. Contacted them Nov. 11 they were able to take my vehicle in to their shop so it was not outside with a broken window. They had a courtesy vehicle to use. They repaired the window and replaced the windshield early Thursday and I had my truck back before noon on Thursday. Great service.

Sydney and her team’s service was simply FABULOUS – I called on a Sunday and immediately felt like I was in good hands. Sydney gave me a quote and said that they would pick up my car and provide a loaner car – they are in Coquitlam and I am in Vancouver… They kept in communication with me for every step and I was impressed all of the way. I also had called several other places to compare the quote and need to advise that Rapid Auto Glass beat all of them by > $90!

I showed up at the premises in the early afternoon with no appointment and they said they would be able to replace my windshield that day. The service was quick and the process very easy. The staff were all very professional and courteous. I even got a loaner car. I would totally recommend Rapid Glass for their service and professional manner.
